About you

We are looking for candidates who want to pursue a career in consulting. To be well-suited to work as a consultant, you must be a motivated, self-organised, and disciplined person who knows how to work independently. Thus, we are interested in finding people who like flexible work schedules, plan their own time, and stick to a rigid schedule for results.

Our ideal team member can structure their work, create a set of tasks to solve a complex problem and stick to deadlines. We prefer to work with active and innovative people, and instead of waiting for the next assignment, take charge and implement new ideas. Ideally, you should think about what is beneficial to the firm and make suggestions.

While we don’t control anyone 24/7, we don’t allow missed deadlines for any reason other than those that are beyond your control (for example, sometimes it’s the client’s fault, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t remind the client to move on). In many cases, we will have many deadlines in one week, and you should be able to organise your workload and set priorities.
